Joe and the three wise men
Patience paid off and almost a year after I first worked on the initial image I got a permission to publish it. In the mean time I tried to place myself on the image and that was truly awful. Taking a fresh look at the image today after such long time I got some more ideas and played with it half a day to improve it.
Photo of the background guys, the wooden figurines of three wise men, was taken at Nico’s place in Gent. I took a whole series of these figurines under a christmas tree — different angles and focal points and so on. (First story with the figurines: Belgium – beautiful, but expensive to urinate.)
